Groundbreaking for Housing for People’s Public Security Personnel at Xuan Phuong Urban Area
On October 9, the Housing for People’s Public Security Personnel investment project at OCT1 and OCT3 parcels in Xuan Phuong Urban Functional Area, Hanoi officially began construction.
On October 9, construction officially commenced on the housing project for People’s Public Security personnel at plots OCT1 and OCT3 in the Xuan Phuong Urban Functional Area, Xuan Phuong Ward, Hanoi.
The project is developed by a consortium of reputable organizations, with the aim of providing high-quality housing for officers and personnel of the People’s Public Security forces.
At the publication date of 9 October 2025, the stated completion and handover target was 2027.
