Project progress: Armed Forces Housing, Xuan Phuong – OCT1, OCT3

• Both towers have completed the listed ground anchor drilling layers.
• Pile caps and foundation tie beams are at 80% for both towers.
• Basement B3 slabs are at 50% for OCT1 and 65% for OCT3.
• Basement B2 slabs are at 50% for OCT1 and 35% for OCT3.

• Completed 314/314 bored piles and 18/18 piles for water and wastewater treatment tanks.
• Diaphragm walls: 80/89 panels (89.89%).
• Capping beam excavation: 49.78%; diaphragm wall chipping: 43.29%; capping beam concrete: 32.46%.

• Blinding concrete is complete for the wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 120 m³ per day.
• Phase 2 construction volume: 70%; survey of fill material sources: 50%; coordination on the communications system: 90%.

• Main construction items are reported as 100% complete.
• Defect rectification on floors 33–37 by multiple contractors is at 99%.
• 474/620 apartments have been handed over (approximately 76.5%): Tower C 202/279, Tower D 272/341.
