Updated:

  • The report for 9–16 October 2026 records completion of all listed ground anchor layers, pile caps and foundation tie beams at both OCT1 and OCT3.
  • At OCT1, cumulative progress on the B3 slab is 100%; the B2, B1 and level 1 slabs are each at 50%. At OCT3, the B3 slab is at 80%, B2 at 65%, B1 at 45% and level 1 at 20%.
  • Next steps: OCT1 will continue B3 columns and walls, water tank walls and the B2 slab. OCT3 will continue the B3, B2, B1 and level 1 slabs, together with columns and walls.

Project progress: Armed Forces Housing, Phu Thuong – X1

Updated:

  • The report for 9–16 October 2026 records completion of all 314 bored piles, 18 water and treatment tank piles, and 89 diaphragm wall panels at X1 Phu Thuong.
  • Excavation for the capping beam is at 96.32%; diaphragm wall chipping is at 94.15%. Capping beam reinforcement is at 82.25%, formwork at 75.76% and concreting at 64.07%. Excavation and soil removal are at 15.67%; first-layer anchors are at 16/254 (6.3%).
  • The next work plan focuses on completing the reported capping beam works, continuing excavation and soil removal, installing first-layer anchors and inspecting the diaphragm walls.

Project progress: Bo Song Dinh New Urban Area

Updated:

  • The report for 9–16 October 2026 records installation of tank wall formwork at the Bo Song Dinh wastewater treatment plant, which has a capacity of 120 m³/day.
  • Contacting suppliers to source construction materials for phase 2 is at 50%. Coordination with electricity and water providers to install household meters is underway.
  • The next work plan focuses on completing construction drawings and clarifying the phase 2 competitive quotation documents for contractors.

Project progress: Kepler Land HH-02

Updated:

  • The report for 9–16 October 2026 records 238/279 apartments handed over in Tower C and 311/341 in Tower D at Kepler Land HH-02, for a total of 549/620 apartments.
  • Apartment handovers continue alongside the rectification of outstanding items. The plan for 16–23 October 2026 is to continue completing these works and handing over the remaining apartments in both towers.
