Groundbreaking for Housing for People’s Public Security Personnel Project at Xuan Phuong Urban Area

On October 9, construction officially commenced on the housing project for People’s Public Security personnel at plots OCT1 and OCT3 in the Xuan Phuong Urban Functional Area, Xuan Phuong Ward, Hanoi.

The project is developed by a joint venture of TSG and its partners, with substantial investment and a modern scale. Once completed, it is expected to provide 818 apartments, helping improve housing for officers and personnel of the People’s Public Security forces.

The project is important to the implementation of housing policy for the armed forces and demonstrates TSG’s capabilities and reputation in real estate development.
