Groundbreaking Ceremony for Housing for People’s Public Security Personnel Project X1, Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi

On November 10, 2025, West Hanoi Urban Investment and Development JSC held the groundbreaking ceremony at the site of the housing project for People’s Public Security personnel at plot X1, Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi. The company represented the investment joint venture comprising West Hanoi Urban Investment and Development JSC and Nam Son Invest Real Estate JSC.

The X1 housing project for People’s Public Security personnel is one of TSG’s key projects in 2025, aimed at providing high-quality housing for officers and personnel of the People’s Public Security forces.

The project has a modern scale and is designed to meet standards for design, construction quality and residential amenities. With its prime location in Phu Thuong Ward, Tay Ho District, it is expected to offer an ideal living environment for residents.
